The Client
More than 20 stores, each with its own characteristics: different audiences, ticket sizes, seasonality and media maturity. What was missing was a method that respected each store's individuality without losing sight of the whole.
The Method
We created tailor-made processes, audiences and strategies for each store, within a single funnel structure: awareness, traffic to Instagram and conversion on WhatsApp. We built dedicated AI agents to produce the ads and over 10 automations to scale with method without losing the fine-tuning of each unit.
