Frigol
The Client
Frigol is the fourth-largest beef processor in Brazil, according to Globo Rural's Best of Agribusiness Yearbook, with net revenue around R$ 3 billion. A strong brand in the industry, but one that on the shelf still competed as a commodity, in a market decided by price and availability. It lacked brand recall, a cohesive digital presence and a connection between digital and the point of sale, where the purchase actually happens. The work changed that game: the brand started being remembered, not just bought.
The Method
This is our most complete case: a true hub, uniting branding, performance and offline in a single operation.
We started with the strategic foundation — brand positioning, persona definition and SWOT analysis — and from it built a cohesive visual identity that came to tie all touchpoints together.
In social media management (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), we delivered distinctive content continuously, with campaigns adapted for each platform and a timeline narrative of the brand's history that connected meat lovers.

In media, we ran performance and awareness campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, planned for Feed and Story and with geolocation to direct efforts precisely. We expanded reach with YouTube, Gmail and Display, and applied remarketing to re-engage those who had already interacted with the brand.
And we closed the loop at the point of sale, with actions and materials aligned to the new visual identity, making it easier to find products on the shelf and connecting digital to offline. All sustained by continuous website optimizations focused on UX Design.
